I love this place. I've yet to be disappointed with a show, the amenities or staff. Not sure about the new name... Music, Mc Musicface would have been just as good.Great views to take in during intervals whilst enjoying some refreshments. They run lots of good courses and events through the daytimes too: my father in law attends a choir there for aphasia sufferers once a week and gets a great deal of enjoyment from it. The photo I've added is the view as we left recently, on the far side.

Bit of a shame.Booked in to the Brasserie for the Norah Jones concert. Seated in seats we next to the kitchen after we had booked seats away from the swinging doors, unhelpful waitress with computer says no attitude. Mediocre food, morello cherry torte sounded good but ended up being a service station cheese cake at best.Concert meant to start at 7pm but warm up at not on until 7.30 and main-act not starting until 8.45pm!Decided to cut out losses only to have a nightmare trying to get out, after some time and assistance the guy said the pat machines and barriers are a nightmare and in need of updating.Been here a few times in the past and it was great but I don?t think we?ll be back any time soon.

I was at the Sage for the Americana festival Saturday 22/07, the live music, the venue, the atmosphere all made the day stand out as a good one despite the early intermittent weather. The food inside the building and out in the stalls were good quality and ideal and ran well with the theme of the day, I have never seen a place with so many disposable plates, glasses etc kept so clean. The Staff including security were diligent, helpful and managed to do so without impacting on the enjoyment.

It is a good theater to go event for but I had an absolute terrible experience working here. From a staff experience, I highly don?t recommend people order food and drinks here, especially you wanna eat in. They have very poor management and most staffs don?t clean the tables often enough before the next customer sits down, and the seats are a bit dirty but I never seen many people cleaned it either, so so it is not very clean to eat or drinks here.

Fabulous concert (BBC proms) but this is a review of the Sage itself. Would have been five except for the dreadful car park. Not only is it totally uninviting with the amount weeds but the machines do NOT accept cashless payments. Possibly the last car park machines in the world to insist on cash. So after your trip down from level 3 in the Sage, and then back up to level 3 in the car park to pay your parking, you are then told to go back down to ground level and find the stage door. Once inside the poor guy in charge of security, visitors and CCTV will issue you with a parking ticket that will get you out of the car park. Accept it didn't and left us stranded at the barrier pressing the button for the poor guy to lift the barrier for us.

Getting there using Google maps has turned out to be a nightmare as it sent me threw Shore Rd which is a bottle neck road that has a Bus Gate (bus lane camera). The sage building is very impressive and the staff are friendly helpful but no security presents felt. No one challenged me or asked to see my ticket and this was a big event where many schools were on and I just walked in.

Great venue, was here recently to see Meatloaf tribute and the Neverland Express. Comfortable seating, great views of the city, and bridges. Helpful staff, and bars on every landing. Toilets clean too.....always a bonus.

An absolutely amazing live music venue. The acoustics here are brilliant and all the live music I have been to here has sounded superb. I have seen multiple orchastras here playing, John Williams, Hans Zimmer and Final Fantasy music and it has blown me away every time. I also saw Tokiyo Myers here live and was equally impressed with the acoustic as well as the lighting show they put on.The venue has amazing views across the river Tyne and the brilliant architectural design makes it a highlight of the skyline.

Super venue with ample paid car parking space. Can walk to near by attractions. Must visit in New castle.

Went to see Post Modern Jukebox. First time at the venue and it was really good. Lovely views over the river and bridges. The show was great. We were worried it might be too loud sitting in the second row but it was fine. Food is available although we didn't eat here, and bars dotted about for drinks.

Superb venue. Great sound quality, good vibes, loads of parking (£4.80 for all evening - pay at the machines as you walk from the car park to the venue. Lots of places to get a drink or bite to eat. Back in a couple of weeks to see a completely different act. Can?t wait.

Yesterday I attended The Sage brasserie for afternoon tea with my mam for Mother's Day. We both had such an amazing time the food was lovely and well presented. The staff were lovely, polite, friendly and most helpful, the venue was a lovely setting as well. I will definitely be going back to The Sage in the future an would recommend for people to attend. Thank You
