Be aware when purchasing from this company !!!!i purchased from their website a week ago. and on that same day ( about an hour after purchase ) it was dispatched and had an email from the couriers saying they are waiting on the item. , wow that was quick i thought, . but only to realise ,it was so you can`t cancel your order . After 2 emails to the company , i received a reply stating there was a technical issue with my order ( not , what the technical issue was ) and that`s why it was delayed. so they alone, cancelled my order and said i would receive a full refund ( won`t hold my breath for a quick refund ). The items are getting sent from Amsterdam, not the UK. so. their items are not UK stock. just beware when ordering from this company .

Newcastle Eldon square store (not on Google maps)What a fantastic shopping experience in rituals Eldon square today, the young lady (we didn?t catch her name) but who was from Mexico and who was studying her masters at Newcastle, was absolutely brilliant, we?ve shopped in different rituals stores in many different countries and this was by far the best service experience ever, so knowledgeable and very helpful, thank you once again

Staff always helpful and chatty, tho sometimes I feel you're pounced on as soon as you enter the store. However as I'd purchased over a certain amount, hadn't picked up on free gifts etc, I came out with quite a few extras. A pleasant and deliciously scented shopping experience
