Went today in my electric wheelchair and went to the tills upstairs and waited to be served they clearly knew i was in a wheelchair not oncs did they put the disabled till on mot helpful at all they need to put a staff member on disabled till if a customer requires it we shouldn't have to ask for assistance or to be served at a till thats more accessable the accessable till is always used as a station for their books ect not good customer service please improve

Awful experience at primark in metrocentre Gateshead. A member of staff who was short and had a low haircut interfered in a conversation that she wasn?t involved in at the till I was on telling me that I couldn?t return a lip balm that was hard as rock. Not very happy with the person as she was very sarcastic,arrogant and rude about it. I did not take this from her as it was racism .

Were to full couldn't move workers were extremely rude refused me to purchase my 2.50 pound micellar water then my freinds gift card that was bran new didn't work and said it had no money on it wen family member gave it 5 days prior I couldn't exit because I needed a resect wen I was refused purchase this obviously made me very cross. And this reflects on their managing skills i.
Could not control myself.I had a panic attack and had a fit and screamed as I left the premises. Up your game, I will not be returning primark. You have lost a loyal customer You are horrible!

As usual with Primark it?s got a good selection of clothes & staff were friendly & helpful as I?ve said before i tend to personally use these shops mid week after work as weekends are busy as to be expected

Rude young girl not a young lady for help not helpful at all was told well their over there. asked a young dark haired gentleman the same question, he took me to the product I needed .think the young ladies need a lot of training in customer services instead of standing chatting together. But well done young man

I went in today 24/10/24. Was served at the till but the staff forgot to place half the clothing in the bag, went to get the stuff put away on the evening and realised so called the store to be continuously told call was on hold and then line cut off.

Very positive experience with Shabz one of the managers and Hannah, they went above and beyond to help me and I was very impressed with their professionalism and helpful attitude!

Rude short haired lady with glasses at checkouts today 19/09/2024 (operator 20654809) told me I was committing fraud when returning two items... I used my phone to pay and my app deals automatically with the return card number to match it and she did not know this. She was very awkward and loud. Needs better customer service skills and better technology understanding.

One of my favourite places to shop whenever I?m in the UK. I love their merch collections especially the Disney and Sanrio collaborations. Also the Rita Ora collections are very good. Price is reasonable in my opinion. The metrocentre branch consists of two large floors. They have added some very nice Christmas and Halloween stuff.
