Post office staff is very unhelpful and rude needs to be retrained or let go. Changes the rule each time I have had something to delivery, rather travel to Gateshead then this post office

Handy local post office, Small, But the woman who runs it, is very rude and unforgiving.Go elsewhere, you'll get better service.
