1st time visiting North East Koi and what an amazing shop to visit and to buy some top quality fish from. If you have any worries or questions the owners are always there to help. Would recommend to anyone whos interested in fish keeping. I will certainly be visiting again i would go as far as saying this is my new shop for purchasing ALL my Koi from.

HIGHLY recommended !!! Very friendly people, with a wealth of information to tap into, if anyone has any questions or needs help, with either ponds, fish, or filtration. Five star service all the way, and cannot recommend them enough, for beginners and experienced pond keepers.

Keeping fish has beern a steep learning curve as we inherited them with our new house.
We need to transport our biggest koi, having no idea how we asked the lovely ladies at North East Koi for advice. They were extremely helpful, explained how go about it and put together a package of bags, a box etc to move him in.
We will be back here to purchase our pond needs and fish in the future.

Superb shop. Always helpful. Great prices on tropical fish, plants and accessories. They are always willing to give good advice.
Bought a lovely Aqua One set up in January off them. Very good price.

Good set of products good koi but felt really awkward and unfriendly not even a welcome on the way in when we were the only ones in the shop .
Will give it Another shot but almost felt unwelcome .
