Ordered sofa. After 7 weeks got a phone call on day of delivery. Delivery men couldn't find sofa and it would take up to 72 hours to find it. Sofa was never found and dealing with customer services was not good. We didn't feel confident to reorder and wait another 7 weeks so we went elsewhere

Great experience. Went to look for sofas we'd seen online and glad we did as we didn't like them seeing them for real and ended up buying something different. Staff friendly and helpful without being pushy and sales orientated like most of the sofa places and were really helpful and patient when considering options such as colours and feet. Very fast delivery too which was a bit of luck based on our choices, delivered within a week of ordering and very pleased with the quality and comfort of the sofas.

It's a nice clean well planned shop. The gentleman that assisted me was very helpful and friendly. I have chosen 2 accent chairs and will be purchasing them soon. I dropped one star because the screws in the framework of the 2 chairs I sat on had not been tightened fully therefore they was some movement in the wooden frame. The assistant assured me that the chairs had only been delivered into the shop and this would be corrected.

It's a bit cluttered and I prefer the Next store in the metro centre. It might have less stock but has more room to manoeuvre.

The store is now open to the public with limited numbers allowed in at any one time. One or two items are not available to see but still worth a view if you're looking for new house furniture.
