I visited this store last week and was served by a polite, helpful member of staff called Sophie. I couldn't find the item that had gone into store for and enquired about it, she then checked the stock and came back with the item I wanted. Thanks again Sophie xxx

One hour before the store closes, all fitting rooms are closed.When asked why?! The only one hall assistant , apparently she is also a manager and cleaner, told me that she should start clean the hall and can't watch the fitting room.What a shame! ????I always thought it should be all done after the store closed!I've never seen anything like this.

Shopping with my daughter and she selected 5 items. The time was 6pm and closing wasn't until 7pm but they had closed the changing rooms and the assistant said it was due to them closing soon. Decided to purchase the 5 items but at the till because one of the items were in the sale we were told it could only be exchanged and not refunded. Normally I would agree but they have taken away the right to try the item on in the shop with the changing rooms being closed early. If the shop is open and trading I think the option to try items on should also be open.Turns out the sale item didn't fit and was far bigger than the other items the same size.I think next time we will just shop online.
