Chicken breast was not cooked properly, told the waiter he sent the manger over who said it was not pink inside I said I didn?t ask for money back or compensation but it was not cooked that?s why I sent it back not point even arguing the way the conversation started not normally like this they rapidly deal with a issue

Delivery orders CONSTANTLY missing items! I ended up driving with my order to restaurant after it was delivered - missing 2 items. Previous 2 orders also missed items. Last time i'd order a delivery and if i collect i'd be opening to check before leaving restaurant as they obviously don't have a good system for making sure full orders in bag!

She was the most pleasant lady I have possibly ever come across whilst dining out.
She was so friendly and and attentive and really went over and above the usual standard of service whilst dining out.

Got the food order mixed up and no straws
Waiter walked away too quickly to ask questions. Napkins where dirty. My mam ordered 3 times and they refunded everytime she ordered through the app she had to go up to the till. Dirty glasses and cutlery ???

On todays visit, it was extremely busy and unfortunately we did have to wait quite a bit longer than we would usually but all of this didn?t matter due to the fantastic manager/shift manager/ team leader! She came out of her way to reassure us of the unfortunate delay and was super apologetic about what was happening! She even authorised a free desert at the end of our meal for the inconvenience which she did not have to do! We also overheard the same lady who?s name we didn?t catch (Red/purple haired lady in a black and white t-shirt/blouse) talking to one of the waiters and even though they were rushed off their feet at points, she was so polite, kind and understanding of others in her team which are fantastic traits to being a leader! She is a credit to the team and the wider company brand! Without her today the score may have been decreased due to a couple of points but she saved the full experience!!
