Difficult to find a clean table , floor covered in Spilled ice cream . When we did find a table it was sticky and was near the food waste bins and smelled foul . Food rotten the fries were over cooked my burger roll was even burnt ! Just horrible .

Rarely come to McDonalds but attended Metro Centre drive through on 8 May. No fries, no drinks, no chicken meals. Then, having ordered alternative meal with bottle of water drove away to discover they hadn?t put the water in the bag of food! Also service so incredibly slow.

Hello, i ordered a meal on Sunday the 2nd of June. The food was fine, the service was fine, and the atmosphere was fine. The restaurant was boiling hot and I recommend checking your air conditioning but that is beside the point. I am here to talk about how distraught i feel. At the moment there is a event going on where you can buy some fries and feel a little sticker and get a surprise (it?s called Surprise Fries). Today, i peeled the sticker and won a sugar donut! Hurray! I was so excited because i love sugar donuts! However?when i went home and put my code in the app, it said ?Sorry no donut, enjoy a hot apple pie instead?. I was heartbroken. I was so excited for this donut and now McDonalds was refusing to let me have it. I feel so sad and just mad because of how i was tricked and deceived.

I truly don't understand what's going wrong with McDonalds this days. I had great experiences in the past but recently the service especially in Newcastle and Gateshead has gone from bad to worse. You cannot longer make a complaint as their new system is far too complicated. In my very recent visit in the one inside Metro Centre I was trying to talk to the manager and explain that my order was wrong. Managed to speak to a very moody and unpolite staff member who made a strange look at me when I tried to explain what was wrong. Following her advise I took a seat and waited and waited but no one bothered to come. Just to verify my comment my ticket number is 063 Code: MWJW-VL9D-4XDD DATE 19/05/2024 TIME: 15:29. I thought is best to share this with Google as McDonalds customer service is dead. I have to mention though that when I visited a far busier one in Leister Square in London during the bank holiday the experience was brilliant. I suspect there is something going on in north east especially in the one (inside Metro Centre- very bad customer service), (Team Valley - always missing items especially ice cream range) and (Felling by Pass which is the worse of all and I've stopped going there due to staff attitude and filthiness . Everywhere else I visited I had good experience

Consistently lack lustre food, barely any topping on flurry and sometimes cold food. The restaurant is also usually messy or behind too.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from 3 members of staff, we ordered two specifically plain burgers, one plain no cheese and one plain with cheese. It took over 15 minutes for our food to be brought to us after witnessing the 2 members of staff laughing and arguing and passing our food back and forth to eachother, for it all to come completely wrong and laughing at us when we took it back to receive the correct items, chips were cold aswell, wouldn?t bother going back

Individual that was on front counter in a berghaus jacket has absolutely no volume while shouting for orders not being dramatic but whispered my order number. Why put people on front counter that don?t have confidence with people, when they could be in kitchen. Absolutely ridiculous.

Not been to McDonalds for ages & can remember why. Very limited seating for such a busy place. Order via screen is good but large queues for service. Food arrived after 10 minutes wait, but was barely warm TBH. Didn?t have the inclination to fight my way through the crowd of people waiting for their food, so just ate it. Doubt I?ll be back soon.

I feel bad for the employees because most of the computers stopped working. However I stood and waited for 40 minutes after placing my order, and my food never arrived. There were no employees at the till so I didn't get the opportunity to even speak to them and tell them my order hasn't arrived. Ended up leaving without the food I paid for nothing
