Matalan has become a deeply disappointing business. Their products barely justify the high prices, and now they focus on trapping customers with unfair parking tickets rather than improving the shopping experience. I was charged £170 for parking, even though I had spent £60 in their store. It feels like they value fines more than loyal customers

I enjoy Matalan because it?s price friendly and items are of good quality as well. You can find items as low as £4 from the clearance area and they are of good quality too.

Please beware! Do not buy mens Lincoln Trousers. They are only suitable if you are a deseased and need to be dressed. They start fading after only 2 weeks and turn into a reddish colour. Obviously, Dyed I did not even wash them and this is a second pair.

Normally if you queue they tell you just to use self scanners,was picking parcel so waited at end of self scanners, lady came said id have to queue for parcel,ok no problem i said, only for the lady to put a call out for someone else to come to tills, obviously lady too important to work tills, eventually young girl came and sorted out my parcel, painful experience.
