Paid £3000 to have a platinum wedding ring with emerald cut diamonds all round made.Recieved a off the shelf factory made ring worth £1200 2 sizes too small and 1800 over the price of the item for something they did not even make.Not to mention diamonds only band around half way.Had another jeweler size the ring up and give me the bad news regarding its origin.Trading standards being informed and money claim will be made.

Attended the premises on three occasions for a Rolex watch repair, the ladies in the shop were absolutely lovely, they couldn?t have been kinder or more helpful.The communication was excellent and good value. We can?t thank you enough

Wouldn't recommend. Asian woman and another woman have no idea how to speak to people. Me and my mum walked in to buy a gold chain and they both stayed sitting down on their phones didn't bother getting up to us once, glancing over the top of their glasses. Asian woman with a high pitched squeaky voice kept bellowing are you okay at us??? 5 times while we were trying to look. We said yeah and asked where the gold chains were but they stayed sitting down with their phones in their hands and just told us there over there in a rude tone. Then carried on shouting at us while we were trying to look WERE WE OKAY. Not sure what made her think we weren't ok. So I said to her why do you keep asking if we are okay? No way would I spend any money in a shop that has staff like this. Sales skills absolutely nil. Awful women if I'm honest.

Great, the staff are brilliant and will always have a good crack on with you. My partner sold his rolex here and the money was in his account within an hour.
