Outstanding service from start to finish, all the staff at the Metrocentre branch have been fantastic, particularly Linda.From an initial enquiry about a trip to Vietnam to the finished 3 week trip their expertise and advice was invaluable and made the whole experience a joy. We had a five centre trip involving multiple internal flights and we were constantly updated during our trip on collection/drop off arrangements and were never let down. At every airport there was a smiling Kuoni rep to meet us and get us to our hotel in private transport and provide contact info and advice, made everything a pleasure and removed any stress knowing you were in safe hands.This is the fourth or fifth time we?ve had the pleasure of organising a long distance trip with Kuoni after using other operators previously and they remain head and shoulders over their competitors.

We booked our honeymoon through kuoni, sharna is who looked after us through the whole process and i have tonsay she is an absolute credit to the company.Everything sorted, all our boxes ticked even finding a island which we could take our little one to !We will be returning to kuoni and sharna for our next big trip away !

My wife and I have returned from an absolutely amazing holiday, taking in Singapore, Bangkok, Phuket and finishing in Dubai before heading home after three weeks.The trip was organised by Adam (with knowledgable input from the rest of the amazing team at Kuoni Metro Centre).Adam has a vast knowledge of the Far East and with his recommendations it made for a truly fantastic holiday! Some amazing hotels, excellent organised trips, and made even more special by Adam who arranged for surprise hotel celebrations/birthday cake surprises at two of our fantastic hotels for my wife Allyson.Adam was happy to pre-book all the organised tours on our travels (in particular Phi Phi Islands tour, Afternoon Tea at Raffles Hotel, Singapore and Bridge over the River Kwai) which took away any unnecessary worry or hours and hours of research by us.We can?t thank Adam and the team for arranging the best holiday EVER, and so much so that we?re now in the process of repeating our booking to other parts of the Far East next year with the help of Adam again.Kuoni Metro Centre, you?re all amazing and thank you all for making us feel so valued - you?re a great team!

Visiting Kuoni in the Metrocentre for the first time since covid-19 was just as pleasant as pre-pandemic. Linda Taylor was so kind and helpful, dedicating a lot of time to finding us the perfect holiday. There was no pressure at all to book anything which we appreciated. This process alone was such an enjoyable experience and we really looking forward to the actual holiday to Mauritius ??! Thank you so much.

We can't thank Sharna enough for her knowledge, support and securing such a good deal for us.The Kuoni experience has been amazing and it really shows the difference to other package holiday providers as it is a step above the rest!From the get go we have had all information we may need. We met our Kuoni/Go travel representatives at the airport and they gave us contact information, local knowledge and excellent choice of excursions to book.Could not fault the hotels or transfers, even thing was smooth sailing.We would fully recommend Kuoni.

We decided to give Kuoni another chance after a bad experience from the Pandemic but that's another story, so moving forward our same group of 9 decided to book again for 2023, so far our experience has been really good, Sharna our personal agent has been great with helping Kuoni redeem themselves, we are all booked for Kuramathi, she has given us all the information we asked about , when going in store she is there to help and give us any more info we need , we have asked for a few requests which again she has done her best to get all of these for us, always a bonus when going in store is the fresh coffee and the glass of bubbly that is on offer. So here's to our holiday in 2023

Amazing, friendly, knowledgeable staff ( Laura, Shauna, Adam, Nicola) always provide range holiday options for consideration with no pressure to book and 1st class aftercare service. Would never travel or book with any other than Kuoni Metro Centre. Fabulous store amazing in store customer service, highly recommend.Just back from Maldives trip in October and already booked a Thailand for February.

Kuoni , a tale in three parts.... Having booked in 2019 with Kuoni for a holiday to the Maldives for 8 people for March 2020, excitement wasn't the word, more like super overjoyed.However the unthinkable, dreaded Covid happened and the holiday was re-arranged to a worse island than we'd chosen and then the holiday was cut short by 4 days.We were unceremoniously dumped at Manchester airport rather than Newcastle and had to make our own arrangements to get back home.We were initially told by Kuoni that there would be no compensation whatsoever, for the 4 day loss of holiday and huge taxi cost to get home.My first thought was that I would never book with them again and felt totally let down by an allegedly financially secure , well renowned company. Once I'd had a word with myself though and did some digging..... I eventually found a fantastic liaison person called Wendy , who via email conversations, listened to the reasoning behind why we should have been compensated and hey presto compensation was awarded to the people in the group who were not compensated by their insurance providers.This led to a tentative back pedal on my behalf and leads me to part two of the Kuoni tale......

Sharna at the Kuoni metrocentre was absolutely AMAZING! I could not fault her one bit. She helped with every single aspect of our honeymoon to Mauritius and Dubai and ensured we had everything we wanted to make our honeymoon perfect!Our original hotel caught fire and unfortunately we were unable to go, however within a few days Sharna had already looked up new hotels for us and we were even fortunate enough to pay slightly less than for the overall trip.Her service was 10/10, shes amazing at what she does, very kind to talk to over the phone/email! We will most definitely be booking more trips with Kuoni using Sharna when we decide to go on our big holidays as we know Sharna will do an amazing job to find us the most perfect and memorable holiday!Thank you for your hard-work and effort Sharna, you went above and beyond for us! We appreciate you!
