Great and patient staff, we got served quickly! Shop was clean and even though we were in late, well stocked. We were served by a blonde haired lady (unsure of her name, sorry!) But she was really kind and after a rough day she really made my night, thank you!

Awful service today. I was made to buy ?choose your own? because appparently there wasn?t anything left. I asked what was left and she literally listed everything on the menu and very very snobbily.
Then when i was asked what I?d like for choose your own, I said one of everything. She gave me 4 sugar ring which she said I?d get for buying assorted. This is disgusting service, it?s hefty enough as it is but wanted to treat my family.
How awful won?t be coming here again. what a shame.

What can I say? It's Krispy Kreme! Stopped here on my way to Edinburgh for a light break and a sugar refill. Lovely options, great courteous service, clean, bright interior, and a nice atmosphere. Enjoyed it.
Parking: It's located in a retail park so lots of free parking.

If you like donuts filled with jam/chocolate/cream etc and topped with different tasty toppings go somewhere else. If you like tasteless balls of sugar filled with sugar and topped with sugar with no discernable flavour anywhere then this is the place for you.

It goes without saying the donuts are unreal but the manager (I think she?s called Carly) was absolutely fantastic super knowledgeable regarding our vegan requirements and very friendly!

Staff were telling customers at 7:40pm on Sunday they were closing when opening time was until 8pm. They were rude and telling customers they were closing even those who had just ordered. By 7:50pm they asked customers to leave saying they were closed. One of the other customers said they do it every time. Poor customer service staff I guess wanted to go home early
On the positive side Donuts were nice as expected although a bit overpriced at £9.95 for 4

Doughnuts themselves were lovely as usual but the choice was severely limited, there wasn't even 12 of the classic ring doughnuts to buy. So overall, product excellent but choice poor, bit disappointed, which is a first for us with Krispy
