Had nearly £20,000 worth of photography and HiFi equipment stolen. By the staff. I had found a place to live and asked for one day extention on the 2 week rule given to pick up my belongings following my eviction for having a relapse of 2 days. They refused.I was never even asked why I had a relapse. Just thrown out.I witnessed bullying by Anna and Suzanne of my caseworker who ended up on the sick. And many others witnessed this too. I was accused of outrageous claims by these two women who contantly tried to get me in trouble.I ended up there because I was homeless.The two corrupt women who seemed to enjoy evictions should NEVER be allowed to work with the public again. Nevermind vulnerable people.Horrible.

Totally disgusting place to work at 2 Kent Road consett my partner worked there she got bullied off the manger of the place Anna and her side kick Suzanne bullied that much she had to go to the doctors and the doctors was disgusted what she went through she was coming home crying she had a meeting with bex and manger Terry they would investigate this but with my partner not working there no more BEST MOvE SHE DID the said she will not get ti know the outcome of the investigation so in other words nothing is going to get done about thats why they have so many agencies workers going PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM THIS IS ALL THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS PLACE

Worstbplace ave ever lived they puy u in a place to live with pshychose and set u up 2 fail never help any one the owner is in a expensive car and only cares for drug addicts for there money and dont help anyone at all there photos online of him at partys no succes storys on there website so dont go there they have kicked out somone then he died of a overdose shows how much they care
