Went in with a faulty pair of On Cloud waterproofs that I bought in april, the bottoms of the shoes were coming away. The staff were super helpful and replaced them on the spot. Kelly and Divine were the staff members that sorted it, over the moon, expected to be fobbed off to a website or something. Super happy.

Sold me the new shirt for my soon told me que for printing was massive so couldn?t came back week later for them to say you need to go to Newcastle we can?t print or that Newcastle top being to small even though asked when bought joke!

Staff are so rude and miserable I?ve never seen anything like it. Never seen one staff member smiling or happy whilst in this shop, clearly says a lot about the company they work for!!

Atrocious, ordered same day click and collect and they couldn't be bothered to contact me to say as they couldn't fulfil the order it was now being delivered to the store days later. Any queries with the store, good luck with that as they don't even answer their phone, unlike
other stores in the area. Service from Byker store total opposite. Phone answered promptly, and stock enquiry sorted. Metrocentre order will be handed back to them, and they can put it where the sun doesn't shine.

Assistants are very unprofessional and not trained to deal with different customer profiles.
I went there to return an item and I felt some profiling, I have asked for some assistant and they looked in my face and simply ignored me despite me asking very politely. I?ve complaint to the manager about it and he didn?t even apologize or spoke to the assistants.
I won?t be buying anything from JD anymore

Shocking instore service!!Got charged twice for one item, due to girl on the till saying she?d charged me for a bag when she clearly hadn?t because the total was 30.00?!so I then had to pay again!!so 60.00 spent on one item and was reassured it hadn?t gone through and it would go back into my account?!!nope, both transactions glen through and now contacting for a refund!!

Young girl was very happy to help me in the men?s section on Tuesday evening, very happy and could tell she was a credit-to business employee. caught her name on my way out Georgia. Lovely young woman. Atmosphere was great!
