Love a good look around here to buy items. Bought a pegboard which will come in very useful. Food is reasonably priced.

Typical IKEA . Thoughtful room layouts to give ideas of how certain items look together. Easy to find items in warehouse . Parking good

Pure event. It's so large and full of enticing ideas for my home. But before I could leave I was faced with a resteraunt full of foods that I never knew I craved untill I was faced with the seductive scent of vegetarian meatballs with a creamy gravy and chips. To be coffee was devine and gave me the enthusiasm to visit the cup, glass, photos on canvas and tuka plant section. Just as I left the till I was faced with a temptation of hotdogs and coffee. And I surrendered my self to the intense pampering of the experience. I returned home, fulfilled. I never expected such an experience. I look forward to my next visit. I don't even plan on buying anything. I just want to go there again, and lose my inhibitions and wallow in the indulgences it showers you with.

What I like about Ikea is you can compare items without being hassled by commison driven staff.

The shop itself and staff superb. The food was awful. The food is kept warm under halogen lights. This dried the fish out and totally spoiled it. I took back and the lady assured me those now out were fresh. They were not. Full refund given.

Just like every other IKEA store, there are plenty of the items from the catalogue on display, set up in various ?room? configurations. The store offers the complimentary design kiosks. The restaurant in the middle of the store and the snack bar on the exit can help bring back some energy to the tired legs. While I wasn?t mighty impressed with the food on my visits, I?ve seen queues in front of the store before it actually opens - I?ve been told it is for the breakfast menu, so it might be good. The issue with the store is the approach to the store, the very tight parking spaces and the queue on the way out. There is a single point of entry/exit for cars, which is a roundabout and it gets quite busy - be prepared to wait both on the way in and out, especially during peak hours and weekends. On the way out you go over two roundabouts and join with traffic from the Asda superstore and other shops in the area, before you can get to the last roundabout providing escape from the retail area.Try to park towards the exit of the store to save yourself carrying goods through the parking, bearing in mind the last two parking bay rows are for disabled people and families with little children.

Went there this morning to return 2 unopened items and asked if we could return four more items that had been assembled. The lady at the till told us to un-assemble them at our best, put in any packaging and bring them back to get a full refund in cash (as this was our payment method). Came back after few hours just to find another lady who deducted the 30% off each item and gave us a gift card instead of a refund. When we asked why their website didn't mention this for assembled items she replied that it is store discretion, so that was our only option. Unbelievable. I'm sure if we had got our items back and waited to be served to another operator, we would have been told something different.

A great Furniture / Furnishing / Decoration shop. Slightly drawn out experience when in a hurry. Very reasonable prices for most goods I looked at. However personal experiences have showed a slight lack of product quality consistency, 3 x identical "flat pack" products can have totally different quality

Great place to shop furniture and household goods. There's a great restaurant that sells decent food and meatballs. Pity the restaurant has not much choice on their menus, otherwise would've given 5 stars.

Went on a Saturday. Silly me. Managed to park but the store was packed and the room layouts you first go through are not as good as they used to be. Queue for cafe was huge but prices of the food make it worth the wait. Ended up leaving with 3 extra large soft toys for 3 teenagers who i thought were too old for that type of toy. Take some will power with you or leave the kids at home! Still can't beat IKEA for some classic items.

Busy, bustling and energetic. Filled with staff who had time and enthusiasm to answer questions. Customer service that is second to none. Great products and reasonable prices. This is from someone who seriously loathes shopping, IKEA, yes, made it worthwhile.

It's IKEA, what more can one say? It's a while since we've been, less cheap and cheerful than we remembered, but lots of approachable knowledgable staff on hand to offer advice and information.More classy looking furniture on offer, sadly some of our favourites are either no longer available or have been subjected to down grading in terms of being robust eg. flexible wooden garage shelving, and the lids for our 20 year old storage bins are not available as spares.New kitchen storage system, 365+ has made us rethink our current kitchen storage system though.Always worth a visit to get ideas, and or spend a pleasant couple of hours.
