Gutted we didn't find this place quicker, washing machine and dryer went pair shaped thankfully the dryer we'd picked didn't get delivered & when looking around found out about the outlet,if only we'd seen it earlier we could of saved on both appliances, however the wife's found the range she wants when the kitchen is getting done & we know where to come first for appliances in future

This company tried to scam me for money. I bought washing machine from them and it arrived faulty. Next day I called them to replace this machine for new one and what? They send engineer and they tried to force me to give this machine for guarantee!!! A day old machine and they want me to give for few weeks for guarantee. Finally after I forced them to bring me new machine they done this and they tried to change me for engineer fee but I didn't request it this visit I requested new washing machine but they told me that I need to follow their process. Never again buying from them.

Saw their current stock online and reserved the item I wanted. Went in the next day and was quickly served, helped to the car with my washer and given a hand to lift it into the car. Very quick.service with good quality products. If you don't mind a little scratch / dent in your products the outlet is a great place to get the products cheaper than the shops.

Just popped in to by an integrated microwave we had found on line. Swift friendly service. Fully explained guarantee and warranty. Another guy came out to put appliance in our car. This freed up the sales guy to deal with the next customer.
Love this place, lot less hassle than main shops for appliances.
