There are some good bargains to be found, but the state of the store is appalling. I find myself running in for the odd item and scurrying out again as quickly as possible. I might browse one day, if I can bring myself to stay in there long enough!

Way staff speak to you is disgusting absoutley rude and they dont even ask if want delivery like most other staff and delivery well that never shows like tonight ! Get run abit late but least let people know as they have other plans and kids !!!

Nice staff nice woman on tills ! But l have give it 3/5 ! Because they let customers in without no face mask coverings on ! That has 2 stop ! And they should do meal deals like u buy one get one free ! And have special offers on ! For customers! And they should move intoo another bigger shop whats empty in gateshead! It's bit small 2 many people in at once with me been vonderbull and l don't like over crowded places they should have so many people going in at once again they need sort these problems out again fantastic staff nice and clean ! But my advice is try get another shop whats empty make it bigger in gateshead and try have better deals on everyweek and have so many people going in at once and force people where face mask coverings on we still have covid in this world its never going away needs bigger shop herons and better deals on if herons sort theses problems out it will be 10/10 or 5/5 again nice staff in herons gateshead they do a good job and help u welldone on that department nice herons
