“I visited here recently on the recommendation of my insurance company builder's, to choose tiles for an insurance repair. I spoke with Nicholas in the Team Valley, Gateshead store and he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on the choice/range of products available and offered extremely helpful tips and general advice. The prices are extremely competitive and the range offers every modern tile choice and more, on the market. I am still in the process of choosing a kitchen, so a second visit was required today for further confirmation on choices, etc. Nicholas was available to offer his assistance and made me feel extremely happy with my choices and prepared lots of comparison prices for me to help with everything. I never felt remotely pressured or that I was in any way holding him up. He is an utterly fantastic staff member and a credit to your store.
