Served today by Paula who was extremely helpful when answering questions about a ring I had previously purchased, cleaning it for me in the process. I also purchased a ring for my Partner whilst in store. She was very helpful when querying sizes and was very knowledgable. Great service.

Amazing customer service experienced at H.Samuel in the Metro Centre when my daughter got her ears pierced. We were looking to get them pierced, but weren't 100% certain about getting them pierced there. However, after having a conversation with Harley (the piercing technician) and seeing how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable they were, we knew it was the place to get them done. Harley was extremely patient and kind and really put my daughter at ease. I can't fault the customer service we received all the way through the process. Exceptional. We are very happy with the resulting piercings. Thank you very much.

Came in with my 12 year old daughter to get our additional ear piercings together. Paula was very welcoming and kind and managed to keep both me and my daughter calm during the whole process. My daughter even laughed between each piercing. Thank you Paula we will definitely be coming back in future.
