My new fiancée and I decided to go ring shopping as he surprised me with a ring and I wanted him to have one too. The first place we went to was rude and let people cut in front of us so we left. But then we went in to H M Samuel in the Metro centre and we were welcomed and seen quickly by the lovely Lisa. She was so kind, friendly and couldn?t have done more to help us. She took an interest in our engagement and congratulated us. She seemed more excited than we were. She really did turn around a bad day and made it as enjoyable as we hoped it would be. Thank you Lisa, for all your help. You were amazing x

My son bought a new watch from MetroCentre branch, served by a lovely woman called Lauren, we had to go back the next day to have it adjusted and again Lauren was there to help, she mentioned how polite and patient my son had been while being served, fantastic service Lauren, thank you.

My partner and I visited H Samuel Metrocentre this week to purchase our wedding rings. They found a wedding band that worked beautifully with her engagement ring, and she couldn'thave been more satisfied with the end result! Finding my ring was quick and easy.
