Food greatly improved over the years here.
Service from staff is generally very good across all the shops in Tyne and Wear.
Some can be quite busy at breakfast and lunchtime.

I've started working near this Gregg's very recently and decided to order myself a click & collect breakfast on a cold and rainy morning. Silly me had ordered to the collect from the wrong store but the staff in this branch prepared it for me anyway. I'm blown away by how kind & lovely they all are. You should be very proud to have a team like them!

Such an amazing place with lovely people , and have such lovely memories including when I needed to sit down and be in a warm place and wait for my partner to come. Lisa who was there was so supportive and we had some lovely conversations. This Greggs is just incredible

Been a couple of times at this new "to me" greggs. Fast service. Not too many things cooking though but on the upside I loved my mince pie. Note: it was more expensive than 4 cheese scones. How does that work!!!
