It's Greggs so you know what to expect, but this review is focused on the service.
I was tasked with gathering a food run using free meal vouchers for an event, for whatever reason the voucher codes I was provided failed. After trying to assist the ladies on the counter not only sorted my order for free, but gave me additional drinks.
Thanks to this great service, the kids we were hosting that day were very well fed, and very pleased. Top notch customer service. As a result we will be back with an even larger order next week (with working codes this time).

Amazing service there was a small mix up with my order and I rang up Sarah I think it was answered and was unbelievable she was so polite and immediately rectified the situation for me. She went above and beyond with her service for me. And wrote me a note wishing me a good day. Be more like Sarah everyone ?

We love this greggs. Food and staff deserve a higher rating but can't give it. We could not get in today as a lot of previous visits. A big group of people take up all the seats. Don't purchase anything and sit all day. Some keep seats while the others go for their shopping and come back and sit down again!!!. The only time we can eat in is if the weather is nice and they all sit in trinity Square.
