Complete and utter shambles to work for they treat there staff with no respect no wonder they get bad reviews the profit they make is unbelievable and the management don?t care what a company and the manager is so arrogant that needs to be replaced

I?m not one for leaving a review howeverI Walked in there first thing this morning with a list to quote for my dads business who has an cash trade account for around £5000 of exterior cladding & trims.The old guy with glasses behind the desk (who needs serious customer service training) clearly wasn?t happy that they had a customer that wanted to spend money and that I wasn?t an account holder sent me walking out no quote, no sale, no customer.I?ve spoken to multiple different trade lads this morning who have also had a similar experience and now use eurocell.I wouldn?t bother going here, trade or not I?m sure you can find somewhere that wants your business and money

Total waste of time going to this company, The staff are not interested in taking your order. I was basically told to go away and order online because they could not be bothered.

The worst customer experience I have encountered in many years, there is a manager there called Malcolm, who comes across as grumpy but is generally fine, however a younger dark haired lad works there and he is the epitome of bad customer service, he is arrogant and rude has no respect for customers and in turn has no respect for the company he represents.I have had an experience from hell trying to get an online order delivered, it was booked to be delivered by Gateshead Depot, this morning after a week of waiting I rang Gateshead depot and enquired of the delivery was read, the reply amazed me.... ?yes if we have a spare driver? I informed them I had waited a week and if he could not deliver I would have to look at cancelling the order and looking at other companies.... his reply ! ? Best ring sales team and cancel then ?Immediately cancelled the order, and rang another company Eurocell Plastics.... who were so shocked at the treatment I had encountered they not only took my order, but undercut the price bus a significant amount and booked me same day delivery... to my amazement that all happened in the last two hours, and I am now sat with the goods delivered.I will never use GAP again for anything, horrendous service.

Had trouble with them when simply ordering a PVC replacement panel for my door. I placed order via their sales call centre and emailed dimensions etc over. Was trying to call local depot around 5 or 6 times and couldnt get through for 2 days. When i eventually did the panel was later than promised so waited a little while for it. Once it arrived they got the dimensions wrong so they reordered with dimensions it should have been and then eventually that one arrived. It was wuite a farve from start to finish so i would be reluctant to use them again.
