Recommend - take photos of things you want. They do give you a list to check off, and lots of self service points are helpful, as are the very nice toilets. Cheap food too. It’s a real day out, nice, helpful staff, and Swedish Fish. You have to try the Swedish Fish ? ?”

“Great product. Very well made and looks fabulous when made up. Only criticism is that getting the doors lines up properly is a bit of a faff as you need to adjust the frame to make the adjustment. It would be much better to build it into the hinges like they do with kitchen cupboards. Other than that I would highly recommend. You get what you pay for”

“Started looking into a new kitchen months ago but until we discovered The Kitchen Works - we were struggling. A fair few companies weren't transparant with their pricing which is something we weren't comfortable with. 1 seemed to work on the premise of pluck a figure out of the air?.Customer Service was also lacking.Andrew Snowball from The Kitchen Works has been *amazing* and given us *outstanding Customer Service* ?. There is so much choice these days and we've found the process daunting plus with health issues it's been a stressful time. Andrew has guided us and his help has been invaluable and so very much appreciated.You'll really struggle to find a better company for a new kitchen in our opinion. They build the carcases on site so what you get delivered is rigid built units and very good quality at that. Lots of different door options available - styles/colours/ budget depending.We're so looking forward to taking delivery of our kitchen in the coming months (our choice - we could have it earlier).Will update with photos once kitchen is installed and decorated.Many thanks Andrew if you happen to see this?. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I bought a microwave in July which has developed a fault so I visited the Team Valley Gateshead store where I purchased the item. I spoke to a team member called Stefan who was extremely helpful advising me to return the item. On my return I spoke to a lovely young lady called Ashna who went above and beyond to help. I opted for a new replacement which was ordered in for later that day for me to collect. I would give Argos team members 10/10 for all the help I received today which totally makes everything so much easier talking to someone face to face rather than down the phone or an online chat. Well done Argos your Team Valley members off staff were such a pleasure to speak to.”
