I went to went to Europoparts Team Valley with a boot strut for an obscure vehicle I wanted a similar, suitable replacement for. The woman asked the vehicle reg number and simply said we don't stock parts for that vehicle. She made no attempt to check for a part of similar length despite my request. Absolutely useless. Would highly recommend Motor Parts Direct nearby who took the time to help me.

Unfortunately only one young girl on the front desk so took ages as it was quite busy then she got the order wrong so another wait to get it sorted what should have been 5 minutes at the most took 35 minutes will order and get delivery next time or maybe that's what they want

Great customer service, items handed over in good time - Would have given 5 stars but the brake discs I bought came in severely damaged packaging (product was still like new but presentation let it down)

Online ordering very easy but when collecting a female staff member made no apology for wait time & several customers in queue. Very little customer service demonstrated & stoney faced. Perhaps she needs some customer care training.

I had to call here for a new oil filler cap. After trying to work out which one I needed on the Internet, I decided to give these guys a try. I'm glad I did they sorted the correct one, and it worked out cheaper than what I was looking at online. The staff were nice and helpful.
