Had a fantastic experience this last week at Ernest Jones.After being badly let down by H Samuel just 5 weeks before the wedding (rings were ordered in November and they cancelled the order), Khash looked after us and we now have rings we love that fit us perfectly. Cannot fault the service provided at all.Get that man a doughnut ?

We went to ernest jones metro centre to pick up our wedding bands and the service we received was lovely. Our advisor was full of helpful tips and information which made our choice much easier. The only point I would say was a disappointment was when we were chosing and purchasing pur rings, we looked around and saw many couples in the same situation being sat down, trays of rings brought to them and even had a glass of bubbles. We were never offered a seat until our information needed to be taken and that special touch just wasn't offered to us which would have been the cherry on the top. It was a lovely service but for wedding ring purchase which is the biggest purchase in a couples relationship it would've been nice if we had been treated the same as other couples.

Kasch is hands down the most attentive sales person. It didn?t feel like he was pushing a sale on us. From the moment we walked through the door he listened to what we wanted and made some very experienced suggestions.

Needed to get my wedding rings cleaned and went in branch in metrocentre, Gateshead. It was done there and then as they had a little time and left with a quote to get my rings soldered together. Got lots of suggestions and ideas for design and placement and the lady I spoke to was really lovely and helpful. Thank so much! X

Shockingly bad.Bought an engagement ring 6 months ago that has now developed a chip in the stone, they tried to claim it had taken an impact but this is not the case.Sent it off for a their so called specialist to view and said the same thing.The ring has never been knocked yet alone taken a big impact to cause a chip, so I'm angry they think they can get away with this. There are reviews on this ring that have also said that their stone also got a chip!The stone is either poor quality or has a fault.Ernest Jones are deceitful.......
