Went in today to upgrade as I was out of contract, was greeted by a very helpful lady, (sorry I can't remember her name I know she's from Sunderland.) She gave me several options to choose from, she couldn't have been more helpful. Credit where credits due, I left with a new phone at a very decent price . Well done .

My flip phone would switch off when it was close but not when on charge. My phone was sent off to be repaired and returned next day, and now works perfectly. The staff were welcoming and professional. Very helpful.

Told us the charging point was broken and we would have to pay for phone to be sent away and fixed. We could " borrow" a phone for £150 deposit. Went to a nearby mobile phone repair shop and all we needed was a new charger. Phone worked perfectly in his shop and has done so since. Long waiting times to talk to someone too.

Chris the manager couldn't have been more helpful. I had an issue with my bill and he helped get it sorted. Was polite, approachable, friendly and helpful. Explained my bill etc and had plenty of patience with me. Definitely recommend him.
