Fantastic service by Andrew today in store. Really went out of his way with the best test and understanding what we wanted. Once we decided he also remembered a sale item which saved us an additional £20 and gave us a better divan. Need to replace another bed when we redecorate in a few months and I know where I will be going.

Best experience ever in a long long time . Amanda was very helpful understanding and she took all the time that was needed to help choose the correct mattress for my illness throughout my body . She couldn?t do enough for me offering me a cuppa even water explaining everything about the beds and the differences and how to look after them , she is very helpful , understanding and friendly absolutely 100% experience and service .

from start to finish looked after in a friendly manner, yet with no hard sell professionalism. We were made to feel welcome by Sue, offered refreshments and shown different mattresses after using the mattress machine.

The sales experience from start to finish is was excellent the manager of the store was great very helpfull and more than happy to help in any way he could he made the whole process very easy and was a joy to deal with he never came across too pushy but gave us any help we wanted but allowed us to look and decide what we wanted to do in our own time. When we had decided what we wanted to do he was great going through the buying process and the whole process was quick and easy himself.and his coworker were also great with our daughter who they interacted with and made her feel involved which myself and my wife really appreciated it is little touches like that which go a long way and we would have no hesitation it recommending this branch to others looking for a bed.

Firstly I would like to say that the service I received from Janette at team valley store was lovely, very helpful with everything. My only dissatisfaction is I was charged £39 for the delivery people to carry item upstairs. So it wasn?t actually free delivery, other shops carry items to specific rooms without charging, especially elderly people.

Andrew gave us the right level of attention and information to confirm our choice of sofa bed today, demonstrating all the features and inviting us to ?test it out? for comfort at our leisure. He was very approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and gave us space to decide. Andrew then processed our order quickly and efficiently, offered us beverages and made us feel like valuable customers as we completed our sale. What more could we ask for! The delivery lads were every bit as good and more! We are delighted with our stylish sofa bed. It is perfect for occasional use, really well made and substantial for its use. Easily converts from a sofa to a bed with minimal effort too. Very happy!!
