Superb customer care and what I liked was you never got "pounced" on when arriving, like some other stores. Only thing is I want I want to change to delivery but I can't get straight in touch with the store. Otherwise brilliant.

No hassle in store.But after sales and delivery is atrocious.After paying in full we were gave a delivery date after paying extra for delivery. Statement also gave delivery date.However delivery date came and went and over 2 weeks down the line we are told delivery could be another 2 weeks.Manager says that is 'DFS' policy. But on our payment receipt 'DFS' gave the delivery date after the initial 2 weeks.Terrible absolutely terrible.

Bought 2 x 2 seater leather sofa and within in 6 month all the stuffing had gone flat it then took another 6 month for them to come out and re stuff. Then a year later all the paint started coming off the back rest on both sofa?s, and we paid for 5 year extra cover we tried to get them out to sort the patches where the paint had come off to be told no cover after 2 year and the 5 year cover we bought doesn?t cover it either. People PLEASE PLEASE don?t not buy from these COWBOYS there is better shops to spend your hard earned cash in

Great selection of sofas for all types. No hassle from sales people which is nice. Just wander without being pestered. Big selection of recliners of all sorts and had great help from sales guy called Marco. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with.Good interest free payments over 36 mths which you can adapt and pay more off earlier if you want.Delivery was going to be 12 weeks or earlier.Recommended.UPDATE. Not the stores fault, but we had to cancel ( on same day) due us getting dimensions wrong. Be aware, they won't be happy and a little bit of hassle getting deposit back. Got there eventually.

Took delivery of a so called leather sofa with a slight scratch and smudge in the finish on one seat.3 weeks later a service manager came, looked at it and said it was natural shrinkage in the material. I couldn't be bothered to argue but wont be going back, shopper be aware.

Shockingly bad company.Somehow lost half my sofa the day before delivery, then failed to turn up without any call on the arranged delivery date, then customer service spend there time trying to fob you off and avoid solving or answering any questions.

In all honesty, despite being in a lovely location, the staff at the establishment we visited were not as attentive as we would have hoped. We had to actively seek their attention and wait for them to acknowledge us, as they appeared preoccupied with other tasks. However, aside from that minor setback, I must say that the sofa we selected was absolutely delightful.

Assistant Manager has the worst attitude I have ever dealt with.Promised a call back from the store manager still waiting 1 week on what a terrible after sales service think twice before purchasing anything from DFS.

Bought leather sofa from DFS as they were advertised in the shop but it's fake leather . Scratch very easily . They said will be delivered in 12 weeks because it's hand made . They lied . Came from China .They are fraudulent .I wish l could give them Ziro star .

Poor service received tonight, unsure of staff members name (female). We visited last Sunday and were served by another female member of staff, who seemed like she couldn't be bothered to be there and almost tried not to serve us. She didn't offer any help or encourage the sale and seemed to want to get away as soon as she could. We have a van so asked if we could minus the delivery fee of £100, we were told that was fine by her.We came home, measured the room for the sofa and went to order online. Then found out you have to get delivery if ordering online. Rang customer service who said we had to go into the store and purchase the sofa if we wanted to change to collection option.We travelled to the store tonight (a good 45 minute drive). Female member of staff served us, I explained what we would like to do only to be told that if we were using the finance option that we HAD to get delivery. Some lousy excuse was made about why this was the case. It's clearly a curveball to rinse you of a further £100 as they know how many people will use the finance service. The sofa was also £100 more expensive than the last time we were in store. Whilst we understand that prices may vary in the never ending DFS sale.....it would have been nice to receive some understanding of this disappointment. Instead she was very blasé and just stated 'yeaaaaaaaaah'.Overall 0 out of 10 for customer service. They might as well not have the staff there to 'sell' the sofas. Shame the lowest I can give is 1 star.

Bought a patter dale 4 seater based upon what I saw instore. What you see IS NOT what you get. Cushions are too small and don't meet, it looks like a bag of SHxT! They made me wait a month before inspecting it then left saying I'd be contacted. I then had to call THEM to find out only to be told y there's nothing wrong with it, the cushions will meet in 8 months time! The sofa is very poor quality and there's a dent in it after only 1 person sitting on it a couple of times. The customer service is RANK I will be pursuing this as I'm wholly unsatisfied with the response I've had regarding my complaint. They've had a chance to repair it and not taken it. Have they heard of CONSUMER RIGHTS?
