Dua was brilliant! I had a Hollywood wax and the quickest wax ever. Dua made it very bearable, she was very quick and lovely, found my new waxer! Thank you and see you in a month!

Found the atmosphere a bit intimidating. Most of the girls were lovely but when I went to pay I was told £6 for gel removal and then suddenly told it was actually £10? Left and my cuticles were bleeding and still some gel on the edges so not too sure what I paid for. Said I don't understand why it's now £10 and the woman who I think is the manager roughly grabbed my hand to inspect my nails and said it was because my cuticles were also done, which I hadn't asked for. Felt very intimidated so paid and quietly left.

I got my facial, hand and feet treatment done by preet and the results were amazing, highly recommend to you all. They really do have great results. The service given in cover beauty is great, very friendly and pleasant. Thank you preet and everyone at cover beauty.

I would give 0 star if I could, but it doesn?t let me. Those people are SCAMMERS. I contacted the saloon specifically to ask if they offered student discount and the lady I spoke to said ?yes, 20% student discount? so I booked my treatment. When I went to pay they charged me FULL price and when I asked for student discount they said they never have offered that and they don?t know who I spoke to, but they would never give student discount. Also, very extremely dirty, the bed in which I was lying was covered in wax and they didn?t even give me anything to put underneath, I got a towel for dignity which I had to use on the bed as it was disgusting and got myself another towel to cover myself. The lady who did my was was so rough as well and never bothered to cover me when she would move the towel away. Very poor service, after the wax was ?done? I checked and there was huge strips completely missed that she had to go over. Awful terrible place, will never go again.

I just got my gel nails removed from here yesterday.I didnt think much of it at the time but I've realised I've paid for a service whereby the lady filed off my gel nails. No soaking off with acetone or anything just basically the same as me picking them off. So not only have I paid for something I could have done at home but I've basically paid to really damage my nails. I dont think this is satisfactory service at all and I'm not sure if they always take gels off like that but I certainly won't be going back. My nails are tender and thin and have scratches on.

EYEBROW NIGHTMARE!!I recently went to the salon for a walk in wax and tint and left with damaged skin due to her persistently waxing over the same spot. I questioned the ?beautician? but she insisted that she knew best. I had to cancel plans due to being completely embarrassed. NEVER AGAIN !!Services: Eyebrow shaping

My auntie has been here to get her nails done , unfortunately she doesn?t use any social media so I?m writing on her behalf. The attitude of the girl was disgusting and the service was shocking. She had all her cuticles cut and all the gel nails started to peel the day after. I do not recommend this shop

I have visited Cover multiple times in the last month, for gel nails, toes, brown threading and lash extensions. All the ladies are amazing. I'm in love with my last and current nails by Neda!I also won't let anyone but Dua touch my eyebrows! I'll be back again!

Thank you, lovely eyelash extensions by neda.Update on lashes: I've had previous lashes done at cover beauty and they have been good. However the last one I had done fell off way faster than the previous one which I am very displeased with. (Considering I spent almost 100 pounds to have this done). Its barely three weeks and all the lashes have come off. I still recommend as this is a one off but will insist on a stronger glue for the extensions next time.HD brows are spot on though.
