Always busy witch is so infuriating and can sometimes make it hard to actually find what you need, staff are usually lovely helpful though.

Went to Costco today and were turned away from the door because it was not yet 11 o'clock, and we weren't executive members, just standard members. So just to make it clear, Costco were actually turning quite a few people away, and therefore refusing their custom. Unbelievable.

Visited 2 days ago. Scanned the costco card using google wallet but i was told i cant buy anything unless i have a physical card. Shopping ended up with barely warm and unbaked pizza. Even renewing the membership was a problem.

Worst customer service, I go in with my husband's card, they not only not let me in with our card that we are paying for but also take the card and refuse to give it back to me unless he comes himself to take it as if it is stolen. I was going with another family member who had a card and went in with my mum and daughter but still would not let me in , although both cards are under the same membership. Ridiculous procedure and makes no sense and the way you are treated is completely disgraceful. My husband had to come in to get the card to find that they could have let me in on my relatives card as she only had my mum and 14 year old child so they should not have stopped us in the first place and done all that nonsense they did.

Great place. You can get some good deals but there is cheaper places for some stuff. Overall, well worhlth it. Petrol/diesel is a winner

Love Costco.. But really disappointed to discover the Family Bundle Pizza Deal is no longer being sold.. This has been a huge family favourite of ours for many years.. Saddened to not be able to buy this today..

Great food delicious pizzas and hotdogs also you can now use a self-serve till to order your food!! Just dont go their hungry they do brownies cakes and all sorts they do a toy section for kids

Was ok, apart from prepacked mince we bought, £24,99 smelt off when we opened pack and was brown on the underneath smelt so bad we had to bin it!!! Total spend £600, did not expect this!!!!

Absolutely lovely staff. Great selection of goods. Some things are great bargains but some aren't bargains at all. It's worth checking online fpr the price of goods to see if its cheaper else where. Definitely worth the price of the card as the saving on petrol alone csn pay for it over the year depending on how far you travel.
