I went to Costa Coffee in the queen Elizabeth hospital yesterday and I asked for a takeaway bubblegum frappe which they had on their frappe menu. I was very disappointed with this, why have something like that on the frappe menu and say they don?t make it.

My sisters and I visited my mum in the QE for 3 weeks and we visited Costa regularly. At a very stressful time, Costa made a welcome break. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make our experience a good one. They are so professional and go the extra mile to be helpful. We can?t thank them enough.

Visited and had a friendly welcome by staff I was served by zoe who was very helpful I also noticed the new renovation the wallpaper tables and chairs all new looks amazing will be back again ?

The Costa at the QE hospital Gateshead has to be one of the most pleasant I've ever visited. Spacious, clean and readily accessible for everybody. The staff are friendly and polite and efficient. The coffee was up to the usual Costa standard judged only by a pleasant flat white. If it wasn't in a hospital I'd probably visit it more often, although parking at the QE is a real pain.

Really friendly staff here, looked like they are enjoying working here, being of a mature age they brought my tray to the table, nice choice of drinks and food and very clean premises.

Nice coffee until as usual charged £3.90 for a cup of coffee. Ridiculous, 1st time by choice I've been to a Costa since living in Canary Islands 22 years ago. Actually said without looking "cafe con leche". Had no choice about going to this one as stuck in Hospital

The only place (that I know of) that asks if the person have any allergy prior to collecting the TooGoodToGo bag. Very good customer service! I have been to other costa outlet and they don?t ask for allergy.Their salted caramel frappe (with coffee) is the best drink for the summer month! Highly recommended for people to visit.

Wow I?ve never had a slice of cake as stale as the Cake I bought from here. It?s Costa you expect it to be nice. It was awful, we honestly think the Cake must have been out of date. Horrible horrible Cake, I feel like they stole my money. Don?t buy the slices of Cake I can?t say anything about the muffins etc as I didn?t buy them.
