I went to shop here for a pack of biscuits earlier this afternoon, received nothing but cheek, poor manners and overall a poor attitude from the lady behind the counter. Not only that but I was given inadequate change, absolutely shocking customer service

well delivery of product was unbelievable i never expected to open a glass bottle of vodka that was so tight but when i got it open the glass neck broke in my hand causing me to get cut so deep i can?t stop the bleeding think a trip to a&a it is in beiliverable i know the cost of living has had a major impact but shouldn?t cut back on packaging an bottles of vodka i?m ansalutly gutted never will i buy anyone?s own brand again ?

Very poor selection of frozen veg etc why does this store not stock of froze corn? Not frozen corn on the cob, staff seems clueless about the lack of frozen corn the store used to stock, the staff seems to scam your purchased as if they are in training for a job at aldis, rushing people, not enough time to pack your bags, this store and stafstadards have disappeared, staff seems to not want to engage the customers and have no idea when asked any questions

Opening times are lying. Went at 9:30pm when it says open till 11 and it was shut!

Great deals but I agree with the queue sometimes horrendous. But on one occasion a member of staff about to go off duty went on till to help the out. Thats good customer service as well as team work.

Quite limited selection given the store size, and the prices are considerably higher than other local brand stores. Not bad if you only want to get a few items

Some of the staff are rude they had one till open and I was waiting in line for 10 minutes and by the time I got to the front of the queue one of the staff there with red curly hair and glasses pushed in front of me
