Normally have a good experience here. Today I've come to exchange a game. Checked time they closed to make sure I made it. Arrive and they have closed earlier than stated. Not happy.

Went to this shop to find a VR headset for my daughter. We bought a nice one for £130 pounds. It didn't work with her PC sadly and we had to return it. While buying it we got told if we would to return it by the end of December we would get a full refund IN CASH. While returning it we got told that the man was wrong and we would get a £130 pound voucher. This £130 pounds was my daughter's Christmas money from friends and family. She was heartbroken. The man kept offering that we get a better graphics card for the PC so it could work. We had to wait extra time for them to print the voucher because 'the WiFi is bad' disappointing.

Went in to buy a couple of things as presents , had an excellent experience and was really impressed by the knowledge and patience the staff showed. Got what I wanted and left happy. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Just wanted to say how impressed I was yesterday 2nd October afternoon. I needed a phone and was served by a lovely young lady called Mandi, she took the time to find me a phone within my budget and made sure that it was suitable and it was complete with the proper charger. Nice hassle free service.
