Starving, went in and could only order through the ridiculous touch boards. Never mind a local business will get my money instead. Went out hungry. Come on people let's not stand for this, I want to deal with a human being, otherwise I may as well order on Uber!!!

The staff were so helpful as I wanted to change the ingredients of my burger meal. I had attempted to change it on the self service kiosk but it would only let me change 1 item. I placed my order and paid but thought I would just ask at the counter. The young lad who assisted me was amazing. He changed my burger immediately and took out the ingredients I did not want. Fantastic service.

The usual fast food restaurant. There was a spoilt brat in with 2 friends who was baricading the door and stopping on of his friends getting in out the rain.

Absolutely mind blowing that the staff were on there phones behind the counter while serving? one being on facetime to her children while preparing food!! Shocking customer service, standing around playing on there phones. A staff member cleaning our table while on the phone talking very loud literally didn't care less. Tried to make a formal complaint on burger king app but it wants a zip code for that store and i cant find one on line. These staff members need shacked if they think this kind of behaviour is acceptable.
