Came to the metro centre for a shopping trip. Not been to Burger King for a while. First impression was the refurb which has made a huge difference. Kitchen looked ultra clean, staff looked well drilled, completely focused. We were served by Jac who is the GM I think. Very professional and efficient. I work in this industry and know a good operation when I see one. Very well done all.

I am a carer sitting in Burger King at the Metro Center and although the service was a bit slow (it has just recently been refurbished though) I have been watching a young lad running around so hardworking. His name tag says Manu. My hat goes off to him, he was dishing out many table orders on his own, cleaning after others and also cleaning tables at a very busy time. He is a credit to the Company.

Came into Burger king today for some dinner whilst having a break from my shopping. I was greeted by a lovely looking chap named jack, who was smiling and seemed happy to help with anything i needed. I felt so welcomed and greeted by him, and the service was amazing, he really made my day, cracking jokes, and getting on with me well, all whilst staying professional. I think all staff who work there should aspire to be as cheerful and delightful to interact with. The food came and was absolutely lovely, and when i requested some sauce, once again jack was ready to serve me, still just as welcoming. i have never experienced such amazing customer service at a fast food place before, and Jack, has made my week! :)

Absolutely disgraceful service we had 25 mins to get a train after 5 mins I saw my meal on the pass behind the member of staff. It then took the remaining 20 mins to get my meal from the woman on the till who spoke with a very rude attitude. By the time I got it was cold but the food was good would have been better if warm overall I am appalled by the single work rate of one woman who showed no pleasure working there showing no hospitality to the customers and treating them with no gratitude. How are some of these staff still employed, all I seen was staff lurching about and not actually doing anything. Despite me paying by cash waiting to be served. Staff to busy looking at phones than dealing with customers, shop was improving last year but has went back to why I avoided it for some many years. Maybe need look into your management team and training, awful store poor food and even worst than before staff.

What a huge disappointment! The service was laughable, so slow and no team work whatsoever. The burger arrived cold after waiting over 10mins after it was cooked. Really disgusting meal, cheap burger and undercooked flobby bacon. Paid just over £20, don't waste your time and money here.
