The service wasn't great to start with but has really went downhill the last 6 months or so. Repeat prescriptions are never ready & the last time I was sent away and told to come back in a few hours. It is not always easy for me to get there in the first place due to pain, fatigue & other symptoms. Some of the staff have absolutely no empathy & dreadful communication skills where they just do not listen and often blame it on the GP surgery for the delay when I have ordered it a week in advance and the GP approved it the same day. I have now changed to Pharmacy 2 U a free online service, I ordered my prescription on Monday & it has been delivered today, Thursday. This pharmacy needs to listen to their customers/patients and give feedback to managers to find ways to improve the service and acknowledge their shortcomings instead of fobbing people off because they are too busy or unwilling to listen.

Servic is very slow plenty of staff but prescriptions are never ready I understand that chemists have closed but a prescription should be ready when ordered within two weeks and yet you still have to wait for it to be checked even if you phone before turning up very poor service of late...

Was referred by NHS symptom checker online to go here for a consultation for my 7 year old daughter the young lady at the counter was the most useless person I've ever came across she just didn't not want to know at all claimed they don't do consulations and that they don't sell anything she didn't even take time to look or speak to my daughter just wanted me out of the pharmacy when I spoke trying to explain she just was not listening then told me to go to asda. Absolutely disgraceful
