Nice looking, big shop but the staff we came across were very impatient and unhelpful. First time there, so not a good impression, so I'll stick with my usual branch ?

It's B&M, it's exactly what you'd expect. It's a decent size, always been able to find pretty much everything I've needed and the staff are always friendly.
