I was in Newcastle today and came into benifit to see if they had any appointments ( normally go to the york store ). I had a bad experience before I found benifit brow bars . Holly j was amazing put my mind at easy she showed me each step before doing it and how to use the products . I would feel confident going back to Holly if I was in Newcastle and not york . both stores are amazing and listen to you . thank you Holly j

Zoë is very nice and so good at what she does. From start to finish she was professional in her approach with a friendly manner. Waxing was gentle and I felt comfortable throughout.
