Today my lease car is due to go back but failed its most recent MOT, after being passed from one person to the next and being told many different things I rang Kwik Fit and spoke to the manager Connor and he literally went above and beyond to help me, from having tyres sent by taxi to the branch as they didn’t have any in stock to explaining everything to me and phoning numerous people to get them as soon as he could. Connor has exceptional leadership skills with his team, and is very knowledgeable, he manages the branch (from what I’ve seen) effectively and efficiently.
