Loaded scan and go as suggested at entrance. Asked advice twice from staff. Never told checkout wasn't working. Completed purchases went to scan and go checkout empty no signs. Asked staff told it was closed had to join queues. Staff then checked our bags making us feel under inspection. Totally disatisfied with whole system

What a disgrace, very dirty and messy store. Toilets are a health hazard. Never enough checkouts ooen.The manager needs sacked, or demoted to collecting trolleys.

23 very poor subs and 4 out of stocks on my christmas food shop. Substituted a drinking cup for a nivea gift set and 2 packs of mash for diced carrot and swede. Never again doing my christmas shop with asda, it was laughable. Went to my local coop instead to get everything I needed that was missed off the order

Huge queues to pay only 1 main line till on staff standing around talking, ignoring customers, and very bad self scan checkouts when they work and a really miserable white-haired woman working at the kiosk no please or thank you at all give this place a miss

Went in today to pick up food for my anniversary and waited in a queue for 20 minutes; due to scan and go being down, then they proceeded to shut that line down and make us move to another queue. When I asked why they said time for that person to go home. There was me and another person left in that line. I left without my shopping. I was not going to queue again for another 20-30 minutes. This is ridiculous when you are busy suck it up and work.

Asda cafe is absolutely shocking!! Dirty, the staff have very bad attitudes and the food is inedible. I wouldn?t recommend at all

One problem i have is supplied mobility scooter often loses power. Shop worker or security have to get another. Either people forget to plug in or lots of people using them so not charging long enough.

Service at the tills is diabolical. On a weekend and only 2 tills on both with massive queues.
Tried to use self service- constant errors and staff can't be arsed to help.
Like a total shit show.

This is my go to place for grocery shopping but half the time I'm stood waiting around for 10 minutes at self checkout waiting for help with the self checkout. Usually it's to ID me for medication or self scan random checks. This is no fault to the staff just the company for not having adequate staff on shift. It's also almost impossible to find someone to help if I can't find an item or need someone to get an item down from the top shelf. The only staff around seem to be doing shopping for online customers and are too busy to help. They're always polite and friendly but don't have the time to help. The prices of groceries also keep going up I look at my past online orders from only 2 years ago and the same order now costs nearly twice that amount.
The main reason I keep coming back is just because of the convince of it being open 24/7 since I work odd hours and there's a large variety of products.
