I bought a microwave in July which has developed a fault so I visited the Team Valley Gateshead store where I purchased the item. I spoke to a team member called Stefan who was extremely helpful advising me to return the item. On my return I spoke to a lovely young lady called Ashna who went above and beyond to help. I opted for a new replacement which was ordered in for later that day for me to collect. I would give Argos team members 10/10 for all the help I received today which totally makes everything so much easier talking to someone face to face rather than down the phone or an online chat. Well done Argos your Team Valley members off staff were such a pleasure to speak to.

I bought a Xbox series x and within a month of having it my controller as broken and I will let down buy Argos Sainsbury's team valley. I am taking this back and if I do not get my refund I shall take these to court and enjoy getting more money then I originally paid because it's not fair I am disabled and was told that is all fine and it wasn't .

I?ve been there to exchange the Hoover, but the guy was behind Pau manager of the store. He is very rude and unresponsible and he took all my vacuum bags and cardboard out and don?t want to give me back and he said I report on it. No store exchange it for you. but luckily, I went to Washington store and they are very polite and exchange. My guts, KH thanks

I went in to buy a security camera. Bought it in store and waited to collect it. Was called over by the assistant (who was lovely) only to find out that it was click and collect in 5 days. When I ordered it it said it was in stock. Not very happy as I traveled 30 mins just to buy it. Very disappointed with how bad Argos is getting now. I used to be a regular shopper but not anymore.

Called this store this morning over a ebay parcel delivery.. spoke to an assistant named Susan, who went above and beyond to resolve my issue, even calling me back to tell me it was resolved.. Thank you so much Susan, great customer service..

Absolutely awful customer service. Staff rude and highly unprofessional. Sarah and Laura (both managers as I was told) need a customer service training immediately.

I will never go into this Argos store ever again Iv gone into the store over the past few years and always had pleasant and professional customer service but I have to agree with a previous persons review that the assistant called Laura needs to refresh her customer service training asap.
