We have visited Black's Corner in East Boldon regularly but we have noticed a slow decline in the general up keep of the premises. The outdoor area isn't clean, the brollies are dirty and none of the patio heaters are working. It was a Saturday night and when we left there were empty glasses lying around in the bar area.
