Nandos is Nandos. If you have been one, you have been to them all. However, this can't not always be said. I have had a disappointing Nandos experience once, and it's the staff that makes the difference. The staff at Boldon are very friendly and helpful. Great location next to the cinema too. Service is always very quick and best the kitchen staff never come up for air. Nandos should be proud of the service and staff at this branch.

I have never posted a bad review for Nando?s but there?s a first time for everything.
Was told to come back 30 mins as quite packed, no problem. Waiting in the line, ordered my food.
Total time from ordering and chicken entering my mouth: 1 hour 10 mins
Both starters took 30 mins to come? I had to go up and ask.
Our food was waiting on the till for a good 30 mins before actually being served.
I?ve been before, and it was actually really good, but my last experience was just frustrating. Every component of the meal was just bad, cold, soggy chips. Lots of staff, not that many people, can?t really think of why it was so bad. The guy managing it that day had no control. Hopefully I won?t have another experience like this again.

Always enjoy a trip to Nandos'. Food is delicious as always. Great service even though place was busy as next to Cinema.
Ordered the new Portuguese tomato Salad which was delicious along with a chicken pitta......

i'm at this particular nando's quite often and i've always left pretty satisfied. staff is always nice and attentive. food is always prepared well and served in a timely manner. the place is kept as clean as possible even with how busy it can get. and i like aspects of the interior design of the restaurant. although i will admit, when it's crowded, you'll definitely feel it. tables are really crammed together. and the place can really heat up on a sunny day, especially if you're seated near at the window. but even with those minor issues, it's definitely a place i'd recommend if you're in the area.
