Slowest mcds in history. Average wait of 20 minutes for a plain double cheese when the place was empty. They also don't bother to put receipts in the tills so you have no proof of your order, it's been 8 weeks since I got a receipt from the till ?

Order took 20 mins to arrive. Without drinks holder
We ordered 2 big macs got only 1
The big Mac we got was burnt had chunks of burnt grease on it
The 20 nuggets we got tasted like they were cooked an hour ago and left to stand
And the coca cola was nasty. Ice had melted by the time we got it. So tasted like watered down diet coke
All in all a terrible experience. AVOID this 1, Wont use again ever. Dalton park will always be the best

Absolutely shocking what a disgrace would put no stars if I could the atmosphere was shocking took 40 minutes to get our food then was given the wrong food all of the employees weren?t bothered about customer service absolutely shocking food was cold when we received it and the apple pies were freezing and out of time will not be returning! Shocking

McDonalds it is what it is. Auto-services screens, or us the app. Pickup or table delivery. Average service time, but it was over lunchtime, so quiet busy. Every time we have been in, we have had no problem getting a seat, and the order has always been correct. There is plenty of parking and also a drivethru. Situated next to a cinema, which is handy and next to a large supermarket (a small walk or drive round to or from it). Overall, it's a good working McDonalds.

Ordered food twice in 5 day of the app first time there was a missing double cheese burger today a missing milkshake phones them there said it not up to them it the delivery drivers fault nothing there can do I do not recommend boldon McDonald's at all
