This week i had the worst fish & chips I?ve had in years. Chips soggy & falling apart. The ?cod? was literally 5mm thick & as you can see on the photo only slightly thicker than the fork!! Since when was cod the thickness of a piece of corrugated cardboard?
It was overcooked to the point where it was like plastic - no flaky fish here - the whole thing was fused together in one lump & the batter was overcooked with a burnt taste. I can only guess that because the fish was so thin it should have been fried for less than half the usual time. As they served it up wrapped i didn't see it until i got home & by then it was too late.

Got 2 Donna wraps with chips and garlic and a Donna kebab with salad and garlic. But what I actually got was 2 Donna soggy wraps with mash and 2 litres of grease/oil with a hint of garlic. The Donna kebab was floating in a litre of grease/oil. Tossed the salad out for the hares and they tossed it back at me. Even our piglet casper turned he's snout up at it. Won't be back

I told the establishment due to my picky order that I was apologetic and wasn?t meaning to come across bras because I am pregnant; when my food was delivered early. I looked into the bag and written on top of the paper covering my food is a note? Hope you have a very healthy and smooth pregnancy all the best xx?AWW! stop it; When I tell you, I snap chatted that so fast and closed it up separate just to cry for 30 minutes.. haha, my god? that is SO nice, thank you so much.I?ve put that on my social media my friends love it and send that admirations I don?t know it was that went the extra mile to do this; if it was a chef a delivery driver or a staff memeber but it made my day. I?ve left a review on Just Eat but couldn?t go into detail as I have here, I will definitely be ordering again and I have kept that and it will go into my memory box. Thank you very much again. God bless you all ????????????? outta 10 stars

Don't go nowhere elseLasses behind the counter, you get good service from (Leanne is the best, I think that's her name)Vegetarian options: 10" or 12" Veggie pizza only but you can get a pitta salad or salad in a box....its always fresh saladParking: Depending on what time you go parking is a no go, peak times especiallyKid-friendliness: Kid's allowed in at all times to buy cheesey chips with garlic lol

I always order from here and have never had any issues. The food was awesome again tonight and arrived 10 minutes ahead of time. Only one little problem, was that I ordered Pepsi max and got regular Pepsi. Apart from that tiny, easy to make mistake, the food and service was quick, friendly and great quality!Thanks to everyone in Karl's Golden fry.
