Awful receptionists, terrible service. I had to use this surgery as no apps with mine. I was a patient of Thornily Walker &Partners years ago and I am so pleased I swapped!2 female receptionists - the surgery was so quiet (Tuesday 7pm) they 100% heard me come in and didn?t even attempt to come to the desk.I moved so I could see through the door into the office, one girl sat on her phone?I was explaining my daughters dancing ran over and we were late but I didn?t want to just not turn up. Suddenly another voice could be heard b her no attempt to show herself so I was through an open door. Eventually she showed herself and said if you?re from another surgery you?ll have to ring them. That was it. Serious customer service training is required here, unless the NHS are happy to pay receptionists to sit on their phones and not even so much as stand up to speak to patients.

Shocking. No option to give them 0 review. Can't get an appointment for love nor money. Was told to do a throat swab as I had lost my voice so gave it to receptionist to send off and it was never sent. Have been here a year and neither my husband or myself have seen one of the registered doctors. Absolutely shocking. Telephone reviews only which are rubbish.

I've just registered here Receptionist was lovely and so helpful. Helped me set up my regular prescription. I haven't seen a GP yet, but I did an e-consultation as I suffer from achilles tendoninitis, I got a referral to see a podiatrist within a few days!! Excellent ?

They are shocking. They lie, make excuses and book fake appointments on-line. The surgery is always empty. Totally scamming the government. Money for nothing. They're really not interested so out of date.

After reading the reviews, I?ve no idea why I joined this practice. Worst experience of a GP practice I?ve ever known. Most useless set of staff! ?GP?s don?t normally prescribe cream, only ointment? said to a person that?s been prescribed cream for the last 10 years. Undeserving of even half a star!

Changed doctors to thornley Walker worst desion in my whole life in 2 years I seen a nurse when needing to see a doctor been laughed at on the phone ?..do I think I have cancer because it?s such a funny think! Then asked to describe why I need a doctor when at work with colleagues I?ve sat and listened to receptionist talk about a female patient who was there for a private appointment and I have been sent to appointment with wrong address I also had my gf tell them I was feeling stressed because I waited years to see a doctor but can only do phone oppointments and there response was ??.I don?t want to see him tell him to go see the mental health team i also had a blood test which they don?t even check andI am no further forward since the day I first walked into the place still suffering and feel like I have had my time wasted since the first lockdown would stay away from this place I think they must only operate as a dispensary.

Absolute joke of a Doctors surgery who are not interested in helping or doing the job they are extremely well paid for. Can't even get a medical report done because of covid, eh. Has Covid knocked out the Internet in the surgery it only needs to be sent to the life insurance company. Its not as if they have to bother there arses and come into work to see me in person. Waste of time.Who do I sue for the cost of my mortgage should anything happen to myself or my wife because they won't do a report.Should be a notice on the website saying NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

terrible. if you are disabled avoid these at all cost,unwilling to even get involved with faxing medical evidence unless they were paid,also ive had mental health including agrophobia since 1996 and the medical letter he provided and wanted paying for said this patient can use public transpotr,hahahaha i also have functional neurological disorder and can barely stand up let alone go on public transport.
