I ordered a munchie box 2 and it says u get a free item with it and when I collected the order I didn?t receive the free item and the whole munchie box was tiny. The only big thing about it was the 12 inch pizza

Ordered food tonight because new year is normally a busy night, decided to order here tonight it is the worst food I have ever had, wish we never bothered and wasted our money. Will not be going back there again.

This shop used to sell really nice food, but the past couple of times we have ordered it hasn't been nice at all. Tonight ordered chips and gravy to go with our order, I don't know how they came even call it gravy and chips. Definitely will not be using them again.

honestly our go-to pizza place. never had a problem with the place they?re lovely and their service is great. Food is on time and always get an apology if it?s running late. Not sure why reviews are so low on here as they?re fab

Avoid! Ordered through uber eats at 8.30pm with delivery listed as 9.30pm. Still no food at 10pm, so we called the restaurant twice before delivery at 10.25pm. The woman who answered the phone said it was on the way at 10pm. We live less than 10 minutes from blaydon. The next phone call, she said it was 15 minutes away. In reality, she didn't have a clue...
When the food finally arrived, it was barely warm and not very nice. Dry, salty and bland. I definitely would not order from here again. Half of it sadly went in the bin

Ordered at 7.45pm, delivery was to be by 8.25pm.didnt arrive.contacted just eat who said food was delayed but on the way.9pm and still no food.rang restaurant and woman said it had been delivered but noone answered the door,then said it was a new driver who may have got lost.eventually she agreed to resend food and it arrived at 10.02pm.No apologies,just a free bottle of diet coke.Food was ok,but burger was very salty.All in all I would not go here again.Had and offer meal which cost £23.50 and was not worth the money.customer service not great as just eat told us to ask for a monetry refund and the lady said no.very dissatisfied

Extremely disappointed with the food. Thought I would try the 'new' chicken Shawarma Kebab. This is listed as sliced chicken; far from it. Its bits of some sorts of meats (kebab and others possibly), never have I seen rind-like fat on sliced chicken. It was extremely salty, which killed any possible taste of the pizza. The only positive was that the food was hot. The final negative being a strand of somethin, possibly hair (circled) across the meat.

Not nice at all. Chips were grim, munchie box was grim (there were 2 pieces of steak in there that were like leather boots, kebab was greasy, chicken tasted like chemicals, shawarma was edible, kofte overcooked). Pizza's were minging.
