They never have icecream or milkshakes. One best things about the place. Apparently because they can't be bothered to clean the machines the night before. Pretty bad management. Avoid use Prudhoe or metro centre.

Received someone else?s order through just eat so currently having my dealings with them as well. However, upon calling the restaurant to inform them of their mess up both myself and the delivery driver got blamed despite having the correct receipt just the entirely wrong food in the bag that can?t even be eaten due to allergies. Whilst it?s not great that we haven?t received our food, the attitude from the woman on the phone blaming myself, the customer, ?are you sure you put your order through correctly? to then blaming the the driver ?he?s picked up the wrong bag?. Unfortunately it?s the incompetence of the staff who are unable to tell the difference between bacon and sausage/egg. Incredibly disappointed with the way I was treated.

Short version:
They get stuff wrong all the time, especially on deliveries. And they're usually more stingy with the Mcflurries than others.
If you're driving and have the time just go to Westerhope, or Metro Retail Park, they're usually better.
Always check your order properly, 95% of the time you will not get the sauces.
Been going somewhat regularly for about 13 years now. The success rate for getting an order right I think is standing at around 60% overall.
In the last year or two for delivery good luck, they get orders wrong more often than right. Much better off going in person so you can sort the problem straight away than get a "go talk to uber" message on the app. They also tend to get orders right more often in person, but don't get your hopes up.
It has always deeply baffled me how so many incredibly simple mistakes are made so often here. Every cafe and restaurant I've worked in you'd be sacked for what passes as exemplary performance here. Many times I watch the staff read the order on the screen to check it, I read it too, I see it's correct, and they go ahead and hand you something with 3 burgers missing and a happy meal you didn't order.
To be fair the general consistency of the food & its assembly has improved in recent years. Although I've now noticed a trend where they are prepping your order but waiting on a burger for 5+ mins, but first thing they do is they'll serve your mcflurry, regardless of the weather. It's lovely pulling in to the waiting bay watching the last solid pieces of your mcflurry disolve in to the rest of the melted remains, as you wait for 2 plain double cheeseburgers for 15 minutes in 20+ degrees.
The fact there is still a simple mistake on all their receipts since 2010 or earlier shows precisely how on the ball management are/have always been.

Complete & utter joke. Worst 24 hour McDonalds I've ever been to.
1 am in the morning, and being run by 2 completely clueless members of staff.
Drove to intercom, was told to go to next window to order, drove to the next window which was closed, sat there for 5 mins, no service! Drove to the final window, and they seemed bemused I hadn't ordered or paid already! This process took 20 mins. They then had the gumption to tell me to drive around again and waste another 20 mins of my life because they're both simpletons. If their service was this appalling, I can only imagine how awful their food would have been. Bullet dodged!
