Went a little over the 28 day return policy and they were far from any help. Even though they still are selling that batch on the shop floor still they wouldn't take it back. Shame as I started with the 1 room and I still have 4 more rooms in the house to decorate but they have lost the custom from there due to that. I could understand if that batch was now sold out but it's literally still on sale. I'll be going elsewhere

Let me tell you, they don't like wallpaper, they don't admire wallpaper. They love it. Great displays and loads of wallpapers, even a few cheeky wallpapering accessories on sale.

Customer Service absolutely disgraceful.... Bought 4 rolls of wallpaper totalling £144 and only used 3 of them in the hope they would refund us for the unused one. We were a couple of days over the 28 day return period and they refused.
Even a credit note so we could buy something else would have been OK. Wouldn't even entertain us with that... Flatly refused.... Never ever buy anything from them again.

Ripoff merchants who say they'll refund your unused paper, then don't.
Used them a lot before, but I'll never go back.
Go somewhere else would be my advice.
I'd give no stars or minus if possible, staff are rude and totally unhelpful.
